Rock Your Stock, the blog, is all about Everyday Investing. Our goal is to provide alternatives to the usual fare delivered by online media. The stocks you read about will not show up on favorite stock lists. The more we surprise you, the better.
What Are These?
The Rock Your Stock portfolios are conversation starters. In some cases, the stocks in the portfolios will be very familiar; in others, you probably won’t recognize them at all. That’s ok. We’ll fill you in as we go.
Should I Invest?
The portfolios aren’t actual recommendations but rather examples of everyday investing; themes or subjects that people interact with daily, weekly or monthly. You can make money from these subjects simply because you’re interested and aware of them. Peter Lynch called it “investing in what you know.”
